Beate Döring was employed for ten years as a Real Estate manager and Expansion Representative in Germany and abroad for the real estate department of the Ingolstadt-based Media-Saturn- Holding GmbH. Her key focus was the re-vitalization and optimization of existing lease agreements as well as the strategic location development and negotiation of sites for the opening of big electronics retail stores in Germany, Sweden and Shanghai.
Her professional beginnings lay in construction planning and technical activities when she worked in her own planning business.
Her transition to real estate started with a postgraduate course at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany), from which she graduated with a degree in Real Estate Economics (ebs).
